Letter to our Landlord

Hi Eric, 
> Just curious if the condo association has contacted you about (likely) homeless people hanging out in the parking lot. I think 1 or 2 may even live or have lived in the fenced in dumpster for a few days. Either way, they are super comfortable just hanging out in the parking lot and sitting under the tree. They don't even leave when we walk by. Has the association mentioned anything to you? Do they have any plan to do anything about it?
